"Well worth the wait"

They were upfront that it takes a little while to arrive, and it landed right inside the window they gave me. Beautifully packaged too — proper premium feel, nothing rattling about. Happy to wait for something this quality

"Quality you can actually feel"

I've tried a fair few supplement brands and most feel cheap. Verella is a different league — clean labelling, no weird fillers, clearly not thrown together. Takes a week or so to arrive but it's worth every penny

"Easy to take, no aftertaste"

My biggest worry was that chalky supplement taste. Honestly there's none of that here. Goes down easily with my morning coffee and it's now part of the routine. Just order a little ahead so you don't run out

"Tracking kept me updated the whole way"

Delivery isn't next-day and they don't pretend it is — the timing was clear at checkout and the tracking updated at every step, so I always knew where it was. Arrived exactly when they said. No surprises, which I appreciate

"Customer service went above and beyond"

I messaged about my order while it was still processing and had a friendly reply within the hour. They talked me through the timings and sorted everything, no fuss. That kind of service makes you want to stay a customer

"Subscription means I never run out"

Because delivery takes a little while, the subscribe & save is a no-brainer — it turns up before I've finished the last bottle every month and the saving adds up. Easy to skip or pause too, which I've used with zero hassle
